Chapter 567: The battle of tier 3 king rank Pokemons

It then used \'Ice beam\'. However, Venusaur used \'Solar beam\' and canceled the move. The power of \'Solar beam\' was obviously higher than \'Ice beam\' and it went towards Slowemperor to attack. Slowemperor used \'Teleport\' to dodge the attack in the nick of time.

Venusaur knew that it could not waste time, so it immediately used its pre-domain move.

Grass and leaves started to rise from the ground and it covered the whole stadium. The power of this pre-domain move was very high. Axel was surprised after seeing this. Axel didn\'t know what effects it had and he didn\'t want to waste the time looking at it and miss the battle.

Venusaur then gave a roar and then the quantity and the quality of the grass and the leaves started to grow. This was \'Grassy terrain\'. It looked like both of the moves complimented each other.

By that time, Slowemperor had already used \'Rain dance\' and then the rain started to fall. Since \'Sunny day\' had been used before, the power of the rain was not as high as Axel had expected it to be.

The power of this rain had a chilling aura of ice as it had leveled up and then it used \'Chilling water\' to further freeze the water. Axel had expected Venusaur to freeze but on the contrary, the leaves started to grow at a larger pace and then immediately, it was as big as Venusaur itself. Multiple big leaves covered Venusaur and it looked like it was protected from the icy rain.

It then used vines from its body and bound Slowemperor. The move was so fast and unexpected that Slowemperor could not even dodge it. After binding it, everyone could see the Slowemperor was getting drowsy. This must have been a sleeping powder type move.

Axel looked at the move description of Venusaur this time as he was curious about the move and realized that it was not a new move but an old one called \'Secret power\'. If the move is used during \'Grassy terrain\', it would have a secondary effect of making the target sleep.

The tables completely turned after using this move as Venusaur was in full health and Slowemperor had lost a lot of health points. Slowemperor was now awake after being hit by those moves.

To recover its health, it used \'Slack off\' which will make it fall drowsy and asleep but it would recover 50% of its maximum health. However, Venusaur was quick on the uptake. It used \'Worry seed\' and due to \'Grass domain\', it was able to plant it.

\'Worry seed\' would make the target awake. If they had fallen asleep, then they would wake up and they could not go to sleep if it was planted.

So, since Slowemperor could not fall asleep, it could use the move \'Slack off\'. Venusaur was countering every move of Slowemperor. Slowemperor wanted to extend this battle to use the power of \'Future sight\' but now it knew that it had to use all of its power.

So, it used its pre-domain move. The area covered by this move was not as large as Venusaur but it did increase the power of Slowemperor.

Slowemperor then used Teleport and then used \'Rain dance\' and then it used \'Teleport\' again and then used \'Hydro pump\'. It kept using \'Teleport\' and then started to use multiple moves. At least that was what Venusaur was seeing. In reality, it had already been hit by \'Confusion\' when Slowemperor was using \'Teleport\' and other moves repeatedly. Now, Slowemperor was charging up for \'Hadauken\'.

It took 5 seconds to charge the attack and during the battle with Venusaur, it knew that it needed to make Venusaur fall into illusion. Venusaur was very fast in using its moves.

Just as Venusaur was thinking that it was defending all these attacks, it was hit by a powerful move. Half of the rain was made of sharp ice and half of the rain was made of purple psychic powers and then it hit Venusaur directly.

Venusaur was still inside its leaf armor but the duration of the move was 10 seconds and it was very powerful. It was the most powerful move of Slowemperor. No one could see what had happened to Venusaur as the move created multiple short explosions.

After the attack ended, the whole stadium was still filled with an icy aura of mist but then..

SOOOWSHHHH!!!

It looked as if the leaves and the grass created by Venusaur during the \'Grassy terrain\' and \'Grass domain\' had come alive and it was spreading everywhere. Slowemperor immediately used its passive move \'Frost giant\' which also had the active effect of making it big. Its defense and special defense would rise high during that time but the cool down period of this move was 2 months.

Almost all the leaves and the grass turned purple and then all of them hit Slowemperor with a bang. Slowemperor used \'Teleport\' to dodge the attack but it was an area-effect move and it did hit Slowemperor.

It was like the biggest explosion that Axel had ever seen. This must be the most powerful move of Venusaur. Axel was a bit frightened after seeing it. He didn\'t want Slowemperor to be seriously injured.

When the dust and leaves cleared, everyone could see that Slowemperor had returned to its original size. Everyone expected the battle to be over but it was not. Slowemperor was still standing but it was hurt. Not seriously injured as Axel thought but it was poisoned. Those purple leaves and grasses were covered in poison.

Axel expected Slowemperor to win this battle as Venusaur must be out of stamina by this time. \'Frost giant\' really lived up to its expectations.
