Even the shortest of the main warships of the armada of Ancients was over 8000 meters long. It was capable of traversing planes, waging wars by bringing countless warriors onboard.

The ship was broken into three sections. Most materials capable of resisting powerful magic were scattered. However, Saleen was at ease, as it meant that the acid in the fish’s stomach was not especially powerful.

The Ancient warship had been there for countless years and was still not completely corroded.

Other than the wreckage, Saleen saw many huge boulders and metals. All of the things seemed insignificant in the fish’s stomach. The fish’s stomach wiggled all of a sudden, and Saleen saw a mass of flesh, over three miles wide, was torn apart by the wreckages, rocks, and huge chunks of metal. The broken mass of flesh stuck to the fish’s stomach walls and was absorbed.

The Saleen tumbled around within the huge masses of wreckages around, painstakingly avoiding the clashing and churning of the hard bits of material. Saleen realized that the wrecks, metal, and hard boulders had all been swallowed intentionally to help with the fish’s digestion.

It was unknown what kind of magic beast the flesh was from. Its inherent resilience was such that even Saleen would require constant cutting using level ten magic, before he could take it apart. But this fish tore it apart like it was nothing. What in the world.

Sika came behind Saleen, unnoticed. She looked at the magnificent scene in awe. “If only this fish was one of my beasts!”

“Big sis, are you sure you can afford to feed such a huge thing?” Nailisi was not teasing; she was telling the truth. Saleen might have gotten himself a country, but even he would not be able to feed such a large fish.

Sika glared at Nailisi. “I guess feeding you to the fish should do it?”

Nailisi was speechless. What Sika meant was that Nailisi could be useful due to her ability to summon demons. But the thought was ridiculous. There were countless magic bugs in the demon plane, but even the vast number of coordinates on her list would not be enough to feed the fish.

It was fortunate that the fish stopped doing anything else after wiggling its stomach. Saleen knew that such a massive creature would require a long time to digest its food after eating. Some magic beasts were capable of even lasting one whole year eating just one meal.

Saleen’s vessel was not the only moving thing in the big fish’s stomach. There were also many small fish and small magic beasts living within the big fish’s stomach.

The massive pieces of flesh that the big fish had digested would not all be absorbed by the walls around them. Whatever scraps left would sustain many other living beings.

“Let’s get out of here.” Saleen called, seeing that things were rather safe within the big fish’s stomach.

None of the people who came with him on this trip would fear such an environment. The pressure within their surroundings was small and there was water around. There was acid and massive quantities of scraps in the stomach, which many small fish fed on.

The stomach of the big fish was probably larger than the entire Metatrin City.

Saleen had deduced that the sixth temple’s coordinates were probably somewhere within the fish’s body. If it turned out to be true, the sixth temple was probably not anywhere on the plane of Myers Mainland. They were after a portal to the temple.

Everyone followed Saleen and left the vessel, which Saleen put away. He then covered everyone within his Water Shield. The concentration of the acids in the fish’s stomach was low, but the quality of air within such an environment was lacking.

There were many perks to advancing to level ten, one being amplification of low level magic’s power. The Water Shield that Saleen had just cast was not level ten, but he was able to easily take ten people inside the spell.

A level seven Water Shield had decent defensive parameters. It would defend against attacks from magic beasts within the fish’s stomach.

Saleen was able to see that within the gastronomical fluids and on the walls of the fish’s stomach, many parasitic magic beasts were killing each other. Some of the dead ones were absorbed by the fish, becoming nutrients to sustain it.

Saleen handed a newly crafted piece of equipment to Sul. It was a rucksack, which Saleen pieced together using several purple-gold sea urchins. It had a volume of 36 square meters. The rucksack contained magic pharmaceuticals that Saleen had crafted, magic liquids to be ingested, as well as magic weapons.

All of the weapons were things that Saleen crafted for practice. They were of all differed attributes and elements. Sul was at the edge of advancement, and Saleen thought it would probably do Sul more good to get his hands on all manner of magic weapons, which he could derive inspiration from.

Sul loved th rucksack and handed the one he originally had back to Saleen. He equipped his new gear on his person. Sul never had to worry about materials and equipment with it.

He was different from Jola in that space equipment manipulation was not among his list of skills to research. Even if he advanced to level ten, he would still be unable to use any space magic equipment.

There were no magic beasts above level ten within the stomach. Saleen and the others began searching for coordinates. He brought his people to the edge of the Ancient warship’s wreckage and stood at the backbone of the ship near the bow.

The backbone had been broken into three sections. Saleen observed the broken parts and attempted to cut them using his own magic. He quickly discovered that even with the use of level ten magic, it was difficult for him to destroy it.

It looked like the backbone was metallic. Saleen was very impressed with the alchemical feats of ancient humans.

But then again, it might have been something that formed within the fish’s stomach. Saleen knew that while the fish was incapable of alchemy, it was able to alter the properties of matter within his body.

He dared not mess around much, and simply cut a piece about a dozen square meters with his Water Flame, before putting the piece into his Starline Ring.

There were also the unknown boulders, which could be used as digestion tools. They were very resistant to corrosion and were very, very high strength. There were also the metal laying around, which Saleen thought was refined from the swallowed rocks.

Saleen’s mind went into a flurry calculating the amount of material around him. He had touched less than one percent of everything within, for fear of angering the big fish. He did not believe that the fish was unaware of the changes in its own body. If he took everything that was to be taken, which would cause indigestion for the fish, his days would be numbered.

He did not bother considering the fish’s level. Even if it was a level 12 being, it was still the most powerful magic beast on the entire plane.

The fish was so massive that even if over a hundred level 12 professionals attacked it, they would still have a hard time taking it down. Being at the same level did not equal having the same combat capacity.

Nailisi held a compass to pinpoint the coordinates. Where they were was very close to the entrance of the sixth temple. However, given how the fish seemed to be moving, the coordinates kept changing as well. Nailisi was unable to do anything about it.

No one but Sika could tame a magic beast of such size and power, and the thought of fighting it was ridiculous.

Saleen was very impressed with the Goddess of Myers’ methods. The entrance to the sixth temple was unexpectedly within a powerful magic beast. The fish might have been disdainful of other gods. If believers of other gods approached it, there was no doubt that they would end up dead.

Saleen kept the Ring of Gifts on his finger the entire time. Everyone passed through the Ancient’s wreckage and came to the end of the fish’s stomach. A slowly contracting organ was seen where Saleen’s Fluorescence shone.

Below it was a pitch black passage. It was anyone’s guess what kind of digestive organs they would go through.

However, Saleen noticed that none of the magic beasts in the stomach went near it. They probably knew that if they entered the organ, unimaginable danger awaited them.

“Master, I found it!” Nailisi shouted in glee. Saleen unleashed power of faith according to the coordinates shown on the compass without hesitation.

Green energy and holy prose opened up the portal in the fish’s stomach, but Saleen heard heavy impact noises behind him. A figure appeared right next to him. They passed right through the Water Shield and kicked Sul away. The dagger in their hand launched straight for Saleen’s throat.

The figure appeared abruptly, and Saleen gauged their power level immediately. The figure must have been a level ten professional to be able to kick a golden grand swordmaster at his pinnacle aside.

Saleen unleashed a thunderous roar. Golden lightning runes shot out of his eyes, blocking the pale green blade before him.

Saleen saw the face of the assassin. It was a young person dressed from head to toe in skintight black garb, without any unnecessary parts that stood out. Saleen’s lightning runes were imbued with paralyzing effects, but the young assassin’s left hand was not shaking at all.

But Saleen’s thunderous roar had no doubt affected the assassin. Their movements became slow and a flash of white light appeared before the assassin. It was Sika’s weapon: the triangular bone piece.

The assassin had not expected Sika, a level nine warrior, to bring offensive capacity of such levels. Furthermore, her reaction was far faster than Nailisi, whom the assassin was wary of.

Another two figures were behind that assassin. They were both women and were dressed in assassin garb as well. One of them held a black short sword, while the other carried a more common metal spike.

Three assassins, wielding three short weapons, hit Sika’s bone piece.

Nailisi and Saleen recomposed themselves and retaliated. Saleen cast Endless Night from his magic staff. A pitch black water current was right behind Endless Night, slithering into the Endless Night and wrapped around the assassins.

Sika’s bone piece was frighteningly powerful. The young assassin was thrown off, but they were seen to use the force from Sika to propel themselves at the portal.

The young assassin laughed and disappeared into the portal. The two women behind them disappeared as well. Saleen was able to hear the assassin’s voice: Your Highness Saleen, thank you for opening the temple. I’ve been searching for it for a very long time. I’m Agares...

Agares! The emperor of the Cloudflow Empire advanced to become a level ten assassin!

Agares definitely spent quite a lot of time advancing. He is very adept at combat, given how he was able to propel himself into the portal using Sika’s force.

Saleen chased after Agares without hesitation. Sika and the others dared not linger around and hurried after Saleen, rushing into the portal. Saleen might have been a level ten mage, but his enemy was a level ten assassin!
