Chapter 150: Chronicles of Lockdown VII
Chapter 150: Chronicles of Lockdown VII
“Oh, this one looks interesting,” Jason noticed a question that looked interesting and to him only had one answer, but he wanted to hear Mylo’s answer.
“What would be the first thing that you buy if you discover that your neighbor is a vampire?” Jason read out a question from a user named SteveHardy173.
“Maybe some garlic, a silver knife, or a wooden stake,” Mylo quickly responded, not giving much thought to his answer.
“What would you buy?” Mylo asked Jason.
“A new house,” Jason replied within the next second like it was the most obvious answer possible.
Jason had watched The Vampire Diaries and The Originals movie series and knew that despite his martial skills, he would not even be able to cope with Elena when she turned vampire, not to mention more dangerous vampires like Katherine, or the Salvatore brothers.
{The horror movie ended immediately after it began} Tommy_Schoenith commented.{This is without doubt, the option that would be chosen by hood ni**as} bigangieofficial commented.
{My bruh ain’t even taking a chance with his life} King_drillmonger
{Jason is so smart} JadaAdams commented.
“God forbid that I meet a life-threatening situation like Niklaus Mikaelson in the flesh. I’m packing out ASAP, no questions asked. It’s not even a debate,” Jason reaffirmed his decision
“But you could just kill this Niklaus Mikaelson guy with some garlic and a wooden stake,” Mylo countered, not sure who the person Jason was talking about was, but if he was a vampire, then he could be killed by some garlic, holy water, and a wooden stake, right?
“This is exactly why you would be the first person to die in a horror movie, or any movie that required someone to die for that matter,” Jason facepalmed in annoyance.
“Hey! What do you mean by that?” Mylo asked, not understanding what was causing Jason’s exaggerated reaction.
“You’re stupid! That’s what I mean by that, like what the fu*k, bro?” Jason spoke in an exasperated tone.
“You want to stab Niklaus Mikaelson, one of the original vampires who is not only immortal but is also a hybrid who has the werewolf gene… with a stick and some garlic?”
“Are you crazy?” Jason asked in exasperation.
“Well, I mean… he’s a vampire, it only stands to reason that he can be killed by a wooden stake and some garlic, younno?” Mylo still wasn’t giving up.
“Not Klaus Mikkaelson, garlic, and holy water don’t work on him. The only wooded stake that can kill him is from a thousand-year-old ash tree… which he already burnt down,” Jason stated with a roll of his eyes in annoyance that he had to be explaining something so basic to Mylo.
“Aiyoo what the fu*k? Who is that guy?” Mylo asked in surprise after hearing Jason’s explanation.
“The same guy you were thinking of getting rid of with a fuc*ing stick and some garlic…”
“More like Klaus would skewer you with your own stick and spice you up with the garlic before feeding you to some fish as Klaus never had a habit of eating idiots,” Jason stated with annoyance.
{I can’t say Jason’s wrong on this one} A user named therealjosephmorgan suddenly commented and this comment immediately gained Jason’s attention because of the blue tick behind the username.
“Crazyyyyyy,” For a moment Jason couldn’t say more because of his surprise and amazement at that moment.
Joseph Morgan was the actor who played the role of Niklaus Mikaelson in The Vampire Diaries and The Originals.
The shocking coincidence that Jason was talking about him and that Joseph Morgan happened to be watching Mylo’s livestream was unreal.
‘What’s a movie star like Joseph Morgan doing watching Mylo’s livestream?’ Jason internally wondered, but no answers were forthcoming from his head as there was no way he would know the reason for such a thing in the first place.
“You got Klaus Mikaelson watching you now, are you happy?” Jason said to Mylo with a laugh.
“What? Where? I don’t want to be fed to fish?” Mylo obviously couldn’t see the screen of the phone so he had no idea what was going on and was confused and even slightly scared by Jason’s words.
“Don’t worry, you’ll survive for now,” Jason was saying when Mylo suddenly interrupted him, no longer seemingly scared by Jason’s earlier statement.
“Let’s play truth or dare,” Mylo said with a smile.
“Truth or dare? While on live stream?” Jason was stunned by Mylo’s choice for a game.
He wasn’t scared of playing truth or dare, but the game could easily go sideways and it would not be fun if they had thousands of people watching them while it happened.
“Don’t worry about it, there are no girls around anyway,” Mylo scoffed.
‘What is that supposed to change?’ Jason wondered internally but didn’t bother saying it out loud.
“Okay then, in that case, let’s go like this. One of us would select either truth or dare, and then the other person would choose from one of the truth or dare requests made by the viewers,” Jason decided, as this was the best way for it to be fun while still involving both of them as well as the viewers.
“Let’s do it! You go first,” Mylo quickly replied and pushed the ball into Jason’s court.
“Aren’t we supposed to decide that with a coin toss or something?” Jason asked in surprise.
“It doesn’t really matter though, I’ve already answered first in the last two questions,” Mylo said, his hand dropping a bit due to him already feeling a slight pain from holding the dumbbell for so long.
“Up!” Jason’s voice snapped like a drill sergeant and Mylo’s arm involuntarily flew back upwards.
“… I suppose I can go first this time then,” Jason finally decided after a pause, but he kept his hand on the dumbbell in Mylo’s hand and the position of Mylo’s hand.
“Argh… Okay then, Truth or Dare?” Mylo asked Jason, his arm already getting sore.
“Truth,” Jason replied within half a second, as for him he would always prefer truth over dare as he had nothing to hide and was not willing to be a guinea pig at the whims of the viewers if he chose ‘Dare’.
“Okay okay,” Mylo nodded and walked over to Jason and checked the screen to check and select a question for Jason.
“Hmmmm… Okay this one,” Mylo finally selected a question after sifting all sorts of comments from the viewers.
“What is something about yourself that you think would be very interesting to know?” Mylo asked Jason the question that was posted as a comment by a user named EaziTems56.
“An interesting truth about myself, huh?” Jason murmured, not sure if there was anything about himself that would be considered interesting by other people, but then an issue that had popped up a few weeks ago popped up in his head and he decided to go with that.
“Uhm, an interesting truth about myself is that apparently… I’m very handsome,” Jason said with a straight face.
“… What? We said interesting truths, not facts,” Mylo stated in an annoyed voice that had a tinge of envy.
{What Mylo said!} Davina_Jones commented.
{Bro casually just decided to say the most obvious point about himself} CelelestialLayjay5680 commented.
“I don’t think you guys understand what I’m trying to say…” Jason had to begin explaining himself when he noticed Mylo’s reaction as well as the comments flying in.
“I’m saying that I didn’t know that I was classified as handsome according to you guys until lately…”
“I have kinda always been used to my face and was never judgemental about other people’s faces so it was only like a few weeks ago when I was receiving so many ‘How cute’ comments on Instagram that I did a search of sorts…”
“The conclusion is that I couldn’t find anybody who I could accept to be more good-looking than me… I think it’s my scale that’s broken,” Jason explained with a wry smile.
{… Sh*t… I guess, looking at a face like that in the mirror every morning can do that to ya} Efritinwears commented.
“What the fu*k?” Mylo couldn’t keep mute and even uttered a cuss word on the livestream.
“Didn’t your parents tell you that you were handsome or something?” Mylo asked in surprise.
“Not since I was seven,” Jason answered, the wry smile not leaving his face.
“Why though?” Mylo asked again, confused and curious as to why Jason’s parents stopped telling him that he was handsome when Jason was seven years old.
“Cuz they in heaven,” Jason answered, still maintaining the wry smile on his face, but all the warmth in his smile was no longer present as if it had been sucked out.
