Chapter 223: Telvi visit

As Guni led Toga towards the group, Aran and Mera, Garnt\'s siblings, along with other children from the village, gathered around. Ayra, their watchful guardian, noticed the scene but simply smiled, allowing the children to enjoy their time together.

Since she was pregnant her responsibility had been limited to just looking after the children, which was something she did without any complaints, after all, she loved watching Guni, her biological daughter and the other two kids, who were like her own children.

The game began with a few kids engaging in friendly wrestling duels, their laughter echoing through the air as they grappled with each other. Toga found himself drawn into the excitement despite his initial reluctance, watching as the children cheered each other on and tumbled around in good-natured competition.

Soon enough, Guni nudged Toga forward, a playful glint in her eyes. "Your turn, Toga! Show us what you\'ve got!"

Reluctantly, Toga stepped into the ring, feeling a mix of nerves and excitement coursing through him. As he faced off against another child,

With each move, he found himself growing more confident, his initial reluctance fading away as he engaged in the spirited bout.

At first, he didn\'t even try to even but as he got used to it, Toga started to take the duel seriously instead of thinking about them as a bother.

The cheers and laughter of the other children spurred him on, pushing him to push his limits and give it his all. He felt the thrill of competition coursing through his veins, igniting a spark of enjoyment he hadn\'t expected.

But then, amidst the fervour of the match, Toga\'s attention was drawn by the sound of approaching footsteps. He glanced back, only to see Guni entering the ring with a wide smile on her face. Toga clicked his tongue in annoyance, already anticipating another round of playful taunting from her.

"Come on, Toga! Let\'s have a good match!" Guni exclaimed cheerfully, her eyes twinkling with excitement as she took her stance.

Toga braced himself, fully expecting to overpower Guni easily. However, to his surprise, Guni proved to be a formidable opponent, her movements swift and calculated as she deftly countered his every move. It was as if she were toying with him, effortlessly dominating the match.

Their duel began with Toga making the first move, aiming a quick jab towards Guni\'s side. But she was faster than he expected, smoothly sidestepping his attack and countering with a swift kick to his leg.

"Nice try," she teased, a smirk tugging at her lips.

Toga frowned, impressed by her agility. "You\'re not holding back, I see."

Their movements became a blur as they exchanged strikes and blocks, the sounds of their sparring echoing around them. The other children cheered them on, adding to the energy of the duel.

But as the match progressed, Toga found himself increasingly challenged by Guni\'s skill. Her movements were unpredictable, her strikes landing with precision.

"Where did you learn to fight like this?!" Toga exclaimed, dodging a particularly well-aimed punch. "I didn\'t expect this from you."

Guni grinned, her competitive spirit shining through. "Thanks, but I\'m not done yet!"

Toga gritted his teeth, realizing he underestimated Guni\'s skill. He couldn\'t let himself be outdone, not by her or anyone else.

"Alright, girl. Let\'s see what you\'ve got," Toga replied, determination flashing in his eyes as he renewed his focus on the match forgetting about all the negative feelings he had in his mind simply focusing on the duel.

Their duel intensified, each exchange becoming more heated as they pushed themselves to their limits. The spectators watched in awe as the two young fighters clashed, neither willing to back down.

As they sparred, Toga felt a chill run down his spine as he heard Guni\'s whisper, her voice low but filled with an unmistakable warning. "Take those foolish thoughts away, Toga. You won\'t live long if you dare to harm my father."

"You\'re weaker than me! I invited you to a duel thinking I\'m going to kill you if you\'re stronger than me, but it looks like you\'re not much of a threat to him,"

Stunned by her words, Toga\'s mind raced as he realized the gravity of the situation. He had underestimated Guni, and now he found himself in a precarious position.

The duel continued but it ended up being Guni\'s victory, as she kept jumping while Ayra came to congratulate her daughter on her win really impressed by the ability she showed.

"Congratulations, my dear," Ayra said with a warm smile, wrapping her arms around Guni in a proud embrace. "You fought with such grace and skill. I am truly impressed."

Guni beamed at her mother\'s praise, her chest swelling with pride. "Thank you, Mother. I couldn\'t have done it without your training."

As Ayra pulled away, her attention shifted to Toga, who stood at the edge of the training grounds, his expression hardened. She approached him, intent on offering her congratulations.

"Boy, well fought," Ayra said, her voice carrying genuine admiration. "You showed great determination and skill out there."

But Toga merely scoffed, his gaze avoiding hers. Without a word, he turned and bolted away, leaving Ayra watching after him with a furrowed brow.

Guni approached her mother, concern etched on her features. "Mother, do you think Toga is alright? He seemed... upset."

Ayra sighed, her gaze lingering in the direction Toga had disappeared. "He may be feeling defeated, my dear. It is how boys are. I still remember how Kiriah and Baktou used to be like that when they were little,"

Her mind went back to a nostalgic time, but Guni kept looking at Toga who disappeared from her sight while thinking. "Let\'s see how you\'re going to act from now on. I won\'t let anyone harm my dear father, not even a single insect,"

Garnt found solace in the arms of his three wives, Ayra, Unami, and Rona, within the confines of their temporary hut. The night was quiet, save for the gentle rustle of leaves and the occasional distant call of a nocturnal creature.

Gundo and Kara didn\'t want to bother so they were inside the cave taking care of the kids, and from the sweaty looks and the smell of the room, it was rather apparent what was happening in the hut under the faint light of the moonlight.

Garnt lay peacefully, his wives by his side, each one a beacon of comfort in the darkness. But amidst the serenity of the night, a faint presence stirred in the shadows. Through the slightly opened door, Garnt noticed Telvi, his gaze meeting hers under the silver luminescence.

"Telvi...what are you doing here?" Garnt wanted to ask, but sensing her distress, Garnt rose from his slumber, his steps guided by concern as he approached her. Telvi\'s tear-filled eyes spoke volumes, her sorrow was palpable in the moonlight. Without a word, Garnt reached out, enveloping her trembling form in a reassuring embrace.

Telvi clung to him, her breaths ragged as she struggled to voice the turmoil within her heart. Garnt held her close, understanding dawning in his eyes as he waited patiently for her to speak.

He knew this woman might be the most conflicted one in this battle since she had to choose between the man she always adored and her husband.

Normally, she would have been seen as a that chase another man despite having a husband, but nobody in the village thought about her like that because the man she adored was none other than Garnt himself.

Finally, Telvi found the strength to confide in him, her voice barely above a whisper. "I have a secret," she confessed, her words heavy with emotion. "Toga... Toga is not my husband\'s child. He is yours, Garnt."

Garnt\'s heart skipped a beat at her revelation, the weight of her words settling upon him like a heavy cloak. Yet, amidst the tumult of emotions swirling within him, he found a sense of clarity. With a gentle touch, he lifted Telvi\'s chin, meeting her gaze with unwavering resolve.

"I know, Telvi. It is rather apparent. Don\'t worry, we will do something about this," Garnt muttered those words to Telvi while taking her hand and leaving the hut to enter the forest.

On the other hand, Ayra, Rona and Unami were awake, but despite seeing another woman requesting the warmth of their beloved husband, they didn\'t really feel like doing anything.

"I guess, we will let you have him for now, but don\'t expect too much for him, after all, we drained his balls so I don\'t think he has anything remaining to give you," Ayra muttered while her pole sisters nodded their head and they went back to their sleep with a satisfied smile on their faces.
